The Incredibles 2 (movie) – v* scene, unknown time.
Isle of Dogs (movie) – ~15 mins into the movie when the dogs are talking about bad conditions on the island
It’s Kind of a Funny Story (movie) – v triggering scene near beginning when they’re sat at the dinner table and the dad asks Craig how a certain class is going.

Kissing Booth (movie) – graphic v* scene right at the very end when they show the deleted scenes. The rest of the movie is fine.

Love Simon (movie) – quick & unexpected.  Just after Simon finds Bram with a girl at his party, when he runs into Martin. Simon walks around for about another minute with v* on his white shirt.

Mamma Mia Here We Go Again (movie) – 1hr 20mins in there’s a brief scene where Sophie is in the toilet and gags, but there are no visuals and she doesn’t actually v* on camera.
Maze Runner (all movies) – minor triggers, slight g*gging and coughing up blood but no visuals or actual v*. First few seconds of the first movie a character g*gs – a kind of jumpscare, skip the first few seconds.
My Sister’s Keeper (movie) – girl v* throughout as she has cancer. Very visual.
Mean Girls 1 & 2 – 1=unknown time, 2=scene to do with food poisoning.

Ocean’s 8 (movie) – 3-4min long v* scene in middle of the movie.
The Office – S6E4, the very beginning scene is triggering.
Orange is the new Black (series) – triggering scenes in s2 ep 10, s3 ep 13, s4 ep 11, s6 ep 3, s6 ep 11. Usually obvious when v* is about to occur.
Outbreak (movie) – whole movie is a huge trigger – avoid. Particularly graphic v* scene within first 15 mins (stop watching when new soldier enters infirmary).

P
The Perfection (movie) – a LOT of very triggering and graphic scenes. Avoid.
Pitch Perfect – graphic scenes both the first time the Bellas are on stage (right at the start of the movie when a girl steps forward to do her solo bit) and then in rehearsals later on when the group leader gets upset and threatens to make herself s*… VERY graphic and drawn out.
Poltergeist (movie) – Dad v* into sink after drinking coffee.
Problem Child 2 (movie) – s* scene at the fun fair.

R
The Rain (Netflix series) – avoid this series! The rain makes people s* the whole series long and its graphic.

Rebecca (new film) - non-graphic v* scene, roughly 7 minutes in.

S
Santa Clarita Diet (Netflix series) – first episode has v long and extremely graphic scene – avoid whole episode.
Scary Stories to Read in the Dark (movie) – two triggering moments involving g*gging. The first is when Tommy is chased by a scarecrow, the second is further in when a boy realises what he is eating.
The Secret of Cocaine Island (Netflix documentary) – from 37:55 – 40:00 there are 2 graphic v* reenactments. There are also a lot of mentions of it, and there are sounds when the other character watches a movie on a hotel bed.
The Shallows (movie) – main character bites a crab then g*gs and spits it out. No v*.
Six Balloons (movie) – graphic v* scene when Seth runs out of rehab complex (it looks like he’s running even deeper inside the building, but there’s an exit at the end of the hallway).
The Society (series) – episode 8 (“The Poison) is full of triggers – avoid.
Supernatural (series) – episode called “Yellow Fever” – Dean coughs up wood chips and it’s a loud sounds.
Stranger Things (Netflix series) – season 3, episode 7, 28 mins in

Thirteen Reasons Why season 1 (Netflix series) – v* scenes at ep 4 (5:40 and 40:40), ep 5 (25:20), ep 6 (46:03) and ep 8 (40:27)
Toy Story 1 – toy dinosaur v* when Woody shows them Buzz’s arm. Just audio.
Truth or Dare – two triggering scenes around the same time when one of the girls drinks too much alcohol (once as she’s going into the bathroom (audio only) and then again when she’s on the roof (fully graphic)).
The Try Guys try to stay alive at sea (YouTube video) – v* from beginning to end, avoid.
Twighlight Breaking Dawn part 1 – Bella is s* after she eats raw chicken.
